Hi, I’m Masniari—but everyone calls me 'Mas'.
I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
I’m originally from beautiful Indonesia, and I’ve been calling the UK home for over 30 years. I’m a proud mum of four, dog-mum, wife, and someone who’s spent much of her life supporting others—from my work in the NHS as a Nursing Associate, to creating safe, healing spaces through yoga.
In April 2025, I followed my heart and stepped into teaching yoga full time. It’s been one of the most joyful, fulfilling, and heart-led decisions I’ve ever made.
A Journey of Healing, Growth & Connection
My yoga journey began over 20 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child. It became my anchor — helping me breathe better, sleep more deeply, and find strength and calm through every season of life: pregnancy and motherhood, recovery from past challenges, navigating life’s stresses, and embracing the changes of menopause.
Yoga helped me rebuild my confidence, restore inner peace, and return to joy.
It’s more than just movement—it’s a way of living with compassion, strength, and kindness.
My Yoga Journey & Training
Over the years, I’ve been blessed with incredible opportunities to deepen my knowledge and share it with my community.
I have not only completed my Yoga Foundations but also achieved my 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. My journey has taken me across the world and into training rooms with some of yoga’s most inspiring teachers, including:

As well as completed various CPDs in Adaptive Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Advanced Sequencing Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork
In addition to my yoga qualifications, I am currently in the process of completing my Sound Therapy Diploma — a beautiful practice that will complement my yoga offerings, bringing deeper rest, vibrational healing, and a new dimension to our sessions.
I am proud to be a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
My Approach
Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi. My classes are warm, welcoming, and completely judgment-free. I create a safe, supportive space where you can move at your own pace, explore your practice, and find what feels good for your body and mind. Whether we’re flowing, resting, laughing, or simply breathing together — my aim is for you to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself.
You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced. You just need to be you.
