NaMasYoga and Menopause was born from a very personal journey — my own experience through menopause. Like many women, I found myself navigating a world that offered very few real resources, understanding, or safe spaces to talk openly about this natural transition.
But through the discomfort, uncertainty, and change, I discovered something powerful: community, yoga, and compassionate wellbeing practices can change everything.
In 2023, I completed my Menopause Yoga and Wellbeing Teacher Training, led by the incredible Petra Coveney, the founder of Menopause Yoga. This training wasn’t just a qualification — it was a transformation. I realised that the tools of yoga, breathwork, and shared stories could deeply support women during every stage of menopause.
I’ve since become a certified Menopause Yoga Teacher. But more importantly — I’m still on this journey myself. I know the sleepless nights, the mood swings, the body changes, the questions, and the courage it takes to keep showing up for yourself.
At NaMasYoga, my mission is to create a soft landing place for women — a space where you can move, breathe, learn, rest, and feel seen. Whether you’re in perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause, you deserve support that’s rooted in empathy, knowledge, and kindness.
This is more than just yoga. It’s a growing circle of women supporting women — through movement, conversation, laughter, tears, and everything in between.

Menopause Yoga is more than just a style of yoga — it’s a gentle, inclusive, and therapeutic practice designed specifically for women at any stage of menopause, from perimenopause through to post-menopause.
During this transformative time in our lives, many of us experience a wide range of physical, emotional, and mental changes. From anxiety and brain fog to hot flushes, fatigue, and sleep disturbances — it can feel overwhelming and isolating.
But it doesn’t have to be.
Menopause Yoga offers a nurturing space where we can reconnect with our bodies, calm our minds, and feel supported. Each session is thoughtfully created to explore and soothe the different symptoms of menopause, using a blend of:
Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and Vinyasa yoga
Breathing techniques (pranayama)
Mindfulness and guided meditation
Stillness, self-reflection, and gentle movement
This unique approach supports the nervous system, encourages emotional balance, and provides women with tools to feel more grounded, empowered, and at ease during this life transition.
We often refer to menopause as The Second Spring — a time of renewal, wisdom, and possibility. But getting there requires care, compassion, and community.
That’s what this space is all about.
Menopause Yoga is an opportunity for women to come together, support one another, and share their wisdom. It’s also an opportunity for me to hold space where we can move, breathe, rest, reflect, and grow — together.
You don’t have to go through this alone.
