The Nugget - International Yoga Day June 21st 2022 Masniari, is a local yoga teacher (NaMasYoga) qualified in Vinyasa Yoga and is excited to be holding an outdoor event at Collier's Wood to demonstrate the many benefits of this practice, providing an ideal opportunity to experience yoga in beautiful surroundings. The 2 hour event is suitable for all, including beginners, and modifications of poses and the use of props will be provided to aid access to all yoga poses. The session will end with relaxation time followed by an opportunity to socialise, with refreshments provided. Masniari provides regular classes every Wednesday evening at Dora Phillips Hall in Eastwood.
