Menopause Yoga 

Recently, I went through a menopausal journey. 

During this period of transition, I realise that there are small resources to support women going through the same. 

I am passionate about supporting others in the community. 

I did my Menopause Yoga and Wellbeing Teacher Training in 2023, which was led by the founder or Menopause Yoga Petra Coveney, the course also supported by menopause specialist Doctor, Dr Louise Newson. 

As well as being qualified and certified as a Menopause Yoga Teacher I am so passionate about supporting women during their menopausal stages, that I am now also a Menopause Wellness Practitioner. 

What is Menopause Yoga?

Menopause yoga is an inclusive and accessible form of yoga specifically designed for women in any stage of Menopause from Perimenopause to Post Menopause. 

The yoga session will look at various different symptoms that women may experience through their menopausal stages, and explore ways yoga may help to ease them. 

It is a unique therapeutic style of yoga that incorporates elements of Hatha, Restorative, Yin and Vinyasa Yoga as well as breathing and mindful meditation techniques. Aimed to help alleviate the symptoms of Menopause as well as providing a positive approach to entering what we now call 'The Second Spring'.

Menopause is an opportunity for women to come together, support each other and exchange their shared wisdom. Menopause Yoga aim to help, support, educate and empower as many women as possible through their menopausal journeys. 

What is Menopause Wellness Practitioner?

As a yoga teacher it is important to continue learning, one of the aspects that I have become passionate about is supporting others in the community. 

As I entered my menopausal journey, I realise that there are small resources to support women going through the same.  

Menopause Wellness Practitioner, will allows me to support women who are going through menopause journey. During these stage of life, It is important for women to feel heard and supported. By providing recommendations and support for women to better manage menopause symptoms. 

I am here, to offer you a one to one, individualised menopause solution to help you have a better understanding of how to manage the changes you may experience throughout your menopausal journey.

I understand that it is important for us women to feel fulfilled, empowered, living live with a purpose, finding more joy and accepting the journey that we are going through. 

Helping you with recommendations and support so that you can better manage your menopause symptoms.
